Live the life you have imagined."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;~ Henry David Thoreau&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;In my first two weeks of MF, I am down 5.6 pounds! What a liberating feeling. I am one step closer to onederland, and I can't wait to be there! The temptations are growing fewer and further between, and I'm actually really enjoying most of the MF food (except for the Swiss Mocha shake - that, I am just tolerating until I run out of my supply!) My next shipment is due to arrive tomorrow, and not a moment too soon. I'm down to swiss mocha shakes, vanilla pudding, hot cocoa, and chicken noodle soup! I need a little more variety in my life. :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Courier New;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Courier New;"&gt;Tomorrow is going to be a test. I'll be spending the day in the hospital with a close friend of mine, who is giving birth to her first child (a daughter, named Lily). I wish I had received my food shipment earlier so I could bring crunch bars with me - that would definitely make things easier! But I'll make it work.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Courier New;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Courier New;"&gt;I also can't wait for Easter dinner tonight. My mom is making a perfectly OP meal for the family tonight, and I'm thrilled to be enjoying it with the people who love and support me most. I am so blessed!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Courier New;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Courier New;"&gt;Well, that is all for now. I'm off to catch up on my DVR and relax - it'll be a long night waiting for the call to head to the hospital! Whereever you are, I hope that you are healthy, happy, and well. Unfortunately, I didn't stay OP throughout the week; I definitely had some setbacks as the week went on. What is amazing is that for the first time, I feel some sort of accountability toward myself and my weight loss. This is the first time I have consistently logged all of my food intake with each meal, and looking back through the last seven days I can certainly pinpoint the moments where the stress got to me. I am a self-professed emotional eater and this week has been a rollercoaster!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am really loving the "MyMedifast" website. It's almost like a MySpace for Medifast users! I am still setting up my profile exactly the way I want it. I found a group to join on the discussion boards called the Can Do Crew - they are so amazingly supportive and have already provided me with ample advice! This definitely is playing a huge role in helping me get on the right track.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In my first week, I lost a total of 1.4 pounds and 4.5" on my entire body. While it isn't as much as I had hoped for, that is my own fault! I accept that, and look forward to this week to make up lost ground thanks to my moments of weakness last week. Today is the first day of my second week, and I have stayed 100% OP. I feel so proud of myself! I even ate cauliflower for dinner. Trust me, this is a big deal!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, I guess that is all for now. It's so rare to have an evening home, with nothing to do!
